7 1/4″ long x 1 1/2″ wide. Antique Victorian mourning jewelry bracelet. 12K yellow gold, tests above 10K and below 14K. Intricately hand woven human hair. Beautifully monogrammed one end of the clasp. Second half of the 19thC, presumed USA. There is one small break to a gold link with a tiny dot of glue repair. This is not visible unless you gently separate the pieces with your fingers as we have shown in the photos. There is one small break to one hair filament on one hair link neat the male end of the clasp. The surrounded filaments are in tact so that there is no open hole. This is not visible without extreme magnification. The release button on the clasp is slightly bent. This does not affect the function of the clasp. Clasp opens and closes easily with no looseness, wiggling or unintended opening. Original safety chain is missing. Otherwise, condition is excellent. No other attempted repairs or restorations. No other filament breaks or damage to the hair links. No other bends or breaks. Hair links are clean and well preserved. No unpleasant dust, must, or odor.
