Here is an antique yellow gold mourning band ring, the front has 2 pearls either side of 3 smaller pearls. There is still the remains of black enamel in this area but a lot of it is missing now. The sides of the ring has cross shaped engraved detail, the crosses are laying on their sides. These are also missing their black enamel. This antique mourning ring is not hallmarked but does test as 18ct gold. It is a UK size N, and a US size approx 6. It measures approx 3.5mm in width. It weighs a total of 2.8 grams. In nice condition overall, but look closely to see that all the pearls are worn only about half the pearl remains. There is a bit of wear to the sides of the ring, and as already mentioned there is black enamel missing, but this is still a nice ring and can be worn as is if you so wish. Please see the close up pictures for more detail. Pics taken next to an English 1p coin.
