Raised on tall prong set, it is 2mm diameter, rough cut. Diamonds range from seed pearls to irregular freshwater type pearls, not all round. Very lovely old work, still almost completely intact with the old fine horse hair threading. Difficult to test the gold, it is somewhere between 10-12k. Very good condition for age and type.
